Situations eligible for returns:

Product damaged during shipping (requires photos and order number)

Exercising the right of withdrawal within the legal timeframe

Personalized products will be reviewed before accepting returns.

3.2. Refund Procedure

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or another method chosen by the customer, with no additional fees.

If the return is due to a Bracaris error, the return shipping costs will be covered by Bracaris.
If the return is the customer's choice, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

3.3. Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel their order under the following conditions:

Within one hour after payment: full refund
After one hour but before shipping: a processing fee may apply
After shipping: the customer may return the product but must cover shipping and return costs

If delivery is delayed by more than two days, the customer may request a full refund.
