Bracaris Rosé is the result of a balanced combination of the Vinhão, Borraçal and Espadeiro grape varieties, grown in single-row vines with an average age of 25 years. The granite and sandy soil, combined with the Atlantic climate, give it a fresh and aromatic profile. The winemaking process follows a meticulous process to preserve the maximum potential of each grape variety:

  • Careful selection of grapes to ensure quality
  • Fermentation at controlled temperature (16 to 18ºC) to preserve the primary aromas
  • Gentle maceration to extract the aromatic profile
  • Aged in vats to maintain lightness and freshness
  • Stabilization and bottling with the utmost rigor
